LaBlast Classes Four Days a Week

At Storm Ballroom Dance Centre, things are just starting to heat up!  Due to popular demand, we are pleased to offer LaBlast Fitness classes four days a week.

LaBlast is an upbeat cardio program in which anyone can participate.  It is based around ballroom dancing but is completely partner-free.  A LaBlast workout includes high energy Latin dances such as the cha cha, salsa and jive and also incorporates the quickstep, lindy hop and disco.  Not only will LaBlast get you into the best shape ever, it increases self esteem and improves your outlook on life. You’ll learn dance steps, get fit and have fun at the same time.  It’s a great way to start your morning, revving up your metabolism and getting you ready to face the challenges of the day ahead.   Wear comfortable clothing!

Classes will be held at our Voorhees location on Tuesdays at 9pm, Wednesdays at 8:15pm, Thursdays at 7am and Sundays at 10am.  They are only $15 each or $45 for a monthly pass.
